what is wrong with it that you would be parting it i think it would look bas azz lowered with a set of wheels and some tint

cut the :q:q:q:qer apart

Shiet ill give you my green/tan LSC to gut for this. does it have grey interior??

I actually went over my car and I think all it needs is a strut rod bushing, valve cover seals, and maybe some tranny seals when i do a JMOD - undearneath was rust free and in great condition, as is the whole car.

Lemme know what the deal is on this one. I love the color

yeah they all look good in pictures, it takes a lot more than looks to make it worth saving. it is mint looking though inside and out!

That is a beautiful car and the color I wanted the most but yeah, I need the cans in the tray. Don't need the tray itself though. I was gonna help another member on here out that needed one though if I did happen to get a tray. :D

Wow! What a day! First have to give a big prop to Sapperfire as he really busted arse to help me. Also thanks to everyone that made the swap possible!
Started at near sunup again and got the wires sorted and hooked up. Then I cleaned off that unusually strong tape Jamie used on the intake runners. Set the new plenum gasket in place and just kept going until it looked like an engine again!

So I added all the fluids to it and we attempted a first start....... didn't look good. Engine didn't want to fire. After a few attempts it fired and just ran like total crap and kept stalling.

That pointed out issues 1 and 2.
Jeremy said he smelled gas. I was very sure the injectors and lines were not leaking as I checked and checked and checked. Then I checked again!
Then I saw the two gallons I just poured in the tank was all over the ground. :( Tilted the tank down and saw I neglected to properly seat the hose which would explain why the plastic lock gave me so much trouble.
So I fixed that and as I did I saw issue number 2. Forgot to bolt together the exhaust after the H pipe. Thought I had an exhaust leak.... guess I was right!

Got it all back together and then tried to start it again. That was issue 3. Soaked spark plugs....... sooooooo we let them air out for a bit.
Finally got her fired up and it couldn't hold an idle for crap. Ran great after 1200 RPM though. Engine is quiet and smooth....... just cant idle. So I checked the obvious and then knew it was a massive vac leak. It only can maintain 2lbs vac. I figured that the lower gasket must have popped out or maybe the gasket maker wasn't thick enough in some spot.
By this time it was 4:00 PM and the sun was blasting away and the engine was hot from trouble shooting. I figured I will get up early again and find the leak.
As I was laying on the floor with my head on the AC vent I was going over and over in my head if I missed anything........ when I got to the memory of torquing down the plenum bolts I was thinking "He did all 8 of them to spec........ all 8 of them to spec....... isn't there 10?" I went back outside and located the two bolts that are for the inner part of the blowers plenum.
So tomorrow I have to pull the blower off and correct that. Should be all good after that though. A couple of 8mm wide holes would cause one hell of a vac leak!

Yay it's finally alive and my first blower install ;-) kinda

now I go sleepy time

i like how you rev it and water shoots out of the cross over tube lmao, PUT THE CAP BACK IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!

see i didnt sell you junk listen to it purrrrrr, all crappy and irratic lmfao!

Now you need to come home to Houston and do one on my 93.

How bout you bring the car to my shop "Laser and Sapperfire's git er done garage" with all the hardware and a couple grand and we can "Git er done!"
The drawing for the free motor install was won by Laser...it doesn't matter that his was the only name in the hat :D

 Funny stuff Sapperfire. :)

Anywho, once again started bright and early. Got the blower off fairly easy and saw my two holes. Put the bolts in with a dab of gasket maker just to be sure. Got her all back together and she fired right up! Smooth as silk and sounding good.
Trans is still low and some how I grabbed Type F trans fluid so I asked granny to get me 5 quarts while she was out and about. I shut it down to make some adjustments and hook up my gauge vac line then tried to restart and no go. :( I couuld tell right away there was no spark. After futzin around a bit I discovered the crank angle sensor is bad. Guess when the engine heats up it causes the sensors magnet to stick. I have another but not sure how I am gonna replace it. The front most bolt on the AC compressor is now completly blocked by the sway bar. Can only back it out 1/8" and that just aint enough. Oh well, I will figure it out somehow.

Love that sound, glad to see it all coming together. Get that sensor fixed and get us a video of you hallin A$$

Sounds like you have a bad p/s pump :p

jk

Could you take out the 8mm bolt from the front of the a/c clutch and remove the snap ring to take the compressor pulley off?

I do have a bad PS pump. After we were dropping the motor in I noticed some shaft play on the pump. If I had the cash for a new one then I would have swapped it. Right now I am so poor I cant even pay attention!
