    ABS problem on TC

It would probably throw a code, but yeah, removing the fuse will give you regular breaking.

    ABS problem on TC

Yes you can remove the fuse. Most likely what you have is a cracked exciter ring. Next time you have your wheels off take a close look at them and check for cracks.

Will the 3.5l Duratec fit in the Ls ---Engine Swap---

You can do a V8 swap in your LS for about the same price if you are stuck on your car. I would consider that first. If you must though, yes, the 3.5 will fit. It will take the same amount of work as the V8 though.

what kind of systems do all of you have?

I have the stock system in my 87 TC. Right rear cuts out at times, right front is gone, display doesn't work, and it scratches really bad when I change the volume. My car rawks! lol

disable traction control on a 1991

They have traction control? Dang, in all the years I worked for Ford, I don't think I have ever seen it on one that old.

    Fat Passengers

One thing you could do is find an old donor car that may have been wrecked with the load leveling suspension and jack all the air ride parts off of it to make it level itself out. Another thing you could do is stick a set of air shocks in the back and carry around one of those little air...

    HELP!!! 2001 LS V8 jerks around 4500+

I've seen pin holes in the spark plug boot cause a miss fire like what you are describing multiple times. It's one of those things that you won't even be able to see it just by looking at it. At the dealer when we would get one of those we would do a driving power balance to see which one it...

    performance

I would feel safe with a 50-75 wet shot. As far as porting and polishing, I know the owner of a local machine shop who has a flow bench who does awesome work on heads. I don't know how much he charges though. I'm pretty sure somewhere close to you there is a good machine shop to do that with a...

    Lincoln ls V6 Questions

I will try to find it, there is an exotic car company that uses the Ford Duratec 3.0l V-6 twin turbo'd. I was impressed and intrigued to say the least. Edit: found it. http://www.supercars.net/cars/3465.html http://www.supercars.net/cars/3465.html http://www.supercars.net/cars/3466.html

    Bad Head Gasket?

We've had people think that condensation inside the motor was a result of a blown head gasket. They would pull off the oil cap and there would be a white milky goo on the cap. Real common in the winter when the engines have a tendency to internally collect condensation. May or may not be what...

    Lincoln ls V6 Questions

Don't know the answers to your first questions but as far as the others, from what I heard there was a local guy around here that put an 03' cobra motor in his. Right before he was finished he sold it to some dude in Florida. I'd love to have seen the finished product.

    My own custom gauge pod

lol, that's what we have copilots for. Tell dolly in the passenger seat that if this gauge goes past this point, hit me.

    My own custom gauge pod

Not bad. Like what NYC said though. That A/F guage will be pretty much useless. They normally just jump back and forth as the car computer switches between rich and lean. A wideband will look past that. I looked at doing a pillar pod in mine and it wouldn't look half bad. But again, it...
